Pierce A. Wallar

MBA Candidate | Veteran | Dad

I’m an MBA candidate at the University of Oklahoma and a U.S. Army veteran who built my career in construction management, facilities assessments, and capital planning. Along the way, I’ve helped organizations make sense of large portfolios of assets and find practical ways to improve operations. What I carried forward from both the Army and my professional work is a focus on discipline, clarity, and building systems that people can actually use.

After ten years serving alongside outstanding people in the Army, I’ve returned to my hometown of Oklahoma City to raise my family, launch a small business, and pursue my MBA. Looking ahead, I’m preparing for a consulting career where I can bring my background in operations and leadership to industries that are central to Oklahoma and beyond, including energy, aerospace, and defense.

Outside of work, I’m a husband and father of two, which is the most important leadership role I’ll ever have. I read widely, from history and biographies to fast-paced thrillers, and I enjoy conversations that challenge me to think differently. This webpage is one way I try to share the bigger picture of who I am - not just a resume or a career path, but the full mix of experiences, interests, and commitments that shape how I approach life and work.
