Pierce A. Wallar

MBA Candidate | Veteran | Dad

I am an MBA candidate at the University of Oklahoma and a U.S. Army veteran with a professional background in construction management, facilities assessments, and capital planning. My work has centered on helping organizations evaluate complex portfolios of assets, streamline operations, and allocate resources more effectively. These experiences shaped a disciplined, systems-driven approach to solving problems and leading diverse teams.

My career interests sit at the intersection of technology consulting and operations strategy. I am particularly focused on how digital platforms, data analytics, and structured processes can transform decision-making and unlock measurable value. Whether it is guiding a facilities capital planning project, designing a workflow for preventive maintenance, or analyzing large datasets to inform executive choices, I aim to translate complexity into actionable insights.

I am actively preparing for a post-MBA career in consulting, where I can work alongside clients to align operational execution with long-term strategy. My goal is to leverage both my technical foundation and leadership experience to deliver impact for organizations while contributing to their communities.

Outside of my professional path, I maintain a commitment to continuous learning and personal growth — from reading broadly across history, strategy, and technology, to pursuing fitness and endurance challenges. These pursuits reinforce the same principles I bring to work: discipline, adaptability, and a drive to improve every day.
